X7044A256 MB (1 x 256) SODIMM memory expansion for SunPCi II PCI opt card The X7044A fits in the systems below. Each of the system has it own configuration parameters that need to be looked up before installation. To buy this part please check our memory section.
Ultra 5 Memory Configuration
The Ultra 5 has 4 Dimm Slots, 2 of which make one Bank. Pairs of DIMMs must be installed in each Bank. Avoid buying the 16MB as they will not work with the larger memory. Generally the slowest memory determines the speed of the memory subsytem.
Ultra 10 Memory Configuration
The Ultra 10 has 4 Dimm Slots, 2 of which make one Bank. Pairs of DIMMs must be installed in each Bank. Avoid buying the 16MB as they will not work with the larger memory. Generally the slowest memory determines the speed of the memory subsytem.
Ultra 60 Memory Configuration
The Ultra 60 has 16 Dimm Slots, 4 of which make one Bank. 2 Pairs of DIMMs must be installed in each Bank. Generally the slowest memory determines the speed of the memory subsytem.
Ultra 80 Memory Configuration
The Ultra 80 has 16 Dimm Slots, 4 of which make one Bank. 2 Pairs of DIMMs must be installed in each Bank. The DIMMs have to be installed 2 on the system board and 2 on the riser. To avoid damage, remove the Riser before installing DIMMs on it. |
