- Exchange guarantee against DOA.
- Some items carry a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.

RMA policies |
|
To prevent your package from being lost or double billed, we need an RMA number
for all returns, replacements and lost shipments. Please call us at 1866 813 6800 |

A refund less 15% (restocking fee) will be given for returned
items if: |
- Purchase was made by credit card.
- And AllSunPlus.com receives the parts back within 30 days of shipping.
- The part must not have been damaged by shipping or misuse. (if damaged in shipping
see the info below)
- The item must be listed on our web page. (It can not be a special order)
- Freight Charges are not refundable
- Refund will be made to the credit card only

An Item will be repaired or exchanged if returned under the warranty conditions
listed above. |

The warranty is void if part is damaged by shipping or misuse. |

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed
the return item. This usually takes 7 to 14 business days. |

| Shipping Charges |
|
Shipping charges will be refunded solely at the discretion of the freight forwarder.
AllSunPlus.com is not responsible for the shipping charges of lost or misdirected
packages. AllSunPlus.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special,
incidental, consequential or any other damages suffered by the buyer due to delay
in shipment. |

Special Handling |
|
Some items may require special handling which could change the shipping price stated
on the site. In these situations we will request an update from the customer if
they accept the new shipping cost before proceeding with the shipment. If the customer
refuses the update, then the order will be voided immediately. |

Warranty Return |
|
To exchange a part under warranty, return part by UPS ground with a copy of the
original invoice and explanation of the problem. We will replace the part after
receiving it. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Write "RMA" on the outside
of box. |

Advanced replacement |

We can refund return UPS ground charges for parts returned for replacement, only
