Founded in May 2000, AllSunPlus is a small, woman-owned, minority-owned
business headquartered in Anaheim, CA. We are a financially stable,
debt-free corporation. Our organizational infrastructure provides

I.T. Product Acquisition Services
AllSunPlus created the “Acquisition Resource Team” (ART)
to deliver the acquisition model to the Marketplace. AllSunPlus’
I.T. resources are vast in scope. We can utilize distribution relationships
covering all distribution channels. A long relationship with Manufacturers,
Master Resellers, Value Added Resellers, and I.T. consultants around
the world, enables us to secure I.T. equipment and services expediently.
AllSunPlus builds on the traditional channel sources with access
to the Sun Microsystems and other manufactures original equipment
channel. Original equipment is product that has never been used
and arrives in the original un-opened, un-broken factory sealed
box and stamped with the original serial numbers. All manufacturer
warranties apply. Original product offers great opportunities for
corporate entities and the Federal Government to purchase product
still sealed in original packaging, with full warranties, at a reduced
lease cost.
AllSunPlus can deliver a specific I.T. hardware/software
requirement, an I.T. leasing program, or provide a turnkey solution:
configuration, leasing, acquisition, integration, and support.
I.T. HARDWARE CONFIGURATION
Hardware configuration is supported in centers in San Jose, CA
and Anaheim, CA. In San Jose, AllSunPlus and affiliated companies
maintain a 15,000 square foot facility with a staff of more than
a dozen integration engineers to configure custom jobs. Almost any
technically feasible configuration can be built.
Leasing Program
Finance Leases have typically a fixed term
of three to seven years with a mandatory fixed price buyout that
typically ranges from $1 to 10% of equipment cost. These leases
are also known as “dollar out” leases.
Capital Leases have typically a fixed term
of three to five years, but allow the lessee to return the equipment
to the lender or to purchase it. Typically the purchase is at fair
market value, but could also be at a fixed price or capped price.
The residual value is
typically estimated to be 4-20%. Actual residuals are heavily
dependant on the specific equipment.
Operating Leases, carried off-balance sheet
and charged against expense, not capital budgets, have typically
a fixed term of three years or less, but may be as much as five
years. The lessee has the right to return the equipment or to purchase
it at a fair market value. Generally accepted accounting principals
typically preclude fixed price buyouts. The residual value, passed
through to the benefit of the customer, by way of lower monthly
rental rates, can be 10 to 20%. Again the actual residuals are
heavily dependant on the specific equipment.
Highly Structured Leases are typically with
customers who seek financing as a way around operating stumbling
blocks that are financial in origin, e.g.
- a need to reduce MIS costs
- a need to shed cost when business conditions turn down
- a need to acquire equipment immediately even in the temporary
absence of capital budgets
